Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or U.S. holiday, go out the next business day.
Rates and delivery times
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are shown at checkout where available.
International
Where international shipping is offered, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us and we will look into it.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, get in touch within 14 days and we will replace the order or refund it.
