Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or U.S. holiday, go out the next business day.

Rates and delivery times

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide — there is no minimum spend. U.S. delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. International orders usually take 7 to 14 business days.

Customs and duties

Any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, email info@lumierehavana.com and we will look into it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, get in touch within 14 days and we will replace the order or refund it.
